Terms of Service
This SERVICE LEGAL AGREEMENT (“SLA”) is entered into by and between MR. CANDIDATE NAME and FLY STEP IMMIGRATION OPC PRIVATE LIMITED.
By making a payment, you confirm that you understand and agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Supply of Services
You have signed up for the Job Assistance Program. Our services include counseling and professional services, advice and guidance on complete visa documentation.
- ›Upon receipt of service fee, a dedicated Case Manager will be appointed to assist you.
- ›The Case Manager will coordinate remotely from our National Processing Center in New Delhi, India.
- ›Fee paid is solely for consulting and advisory assistance on visa application procedure.
- ›Engagement is strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without your authorization.
2. Limitations of Service
FLY STEP IMMIGRATION OPC PRIVATE LIMITED is only an advisory/consulting service provider. The client clearly understands that:
- ›We do not promise a job, visa or admission.
- ›Consulting is based on current laws, policies and regulations at the time of service.
- ›We are not an authority for Visa grant or approval.
3. Duties of the Client
- ›Faithfully provide all information requested by the Consultant and Visa Office.
- ›Submit genuine, truthful, complete and correct documents.
- ›Disclose all information relating to any criminal charges or convictions.
- ›Attend all interviews as required by the Visa Office.
- ›Pay the Consultant’s fees as mentioned in this Agreement.
4. Fee Structure

💰 THE CONSULTANCY FEES WILL BE REIMBURSED TO THE CANDIDATE IN THE FIRST MONTH’S SALARY FROM THE EMPLOYER.
Additional employer-sponsored costs: Accommodation, Travel Insurance, Courier, Flight Tickets, Visa Application Fee, Transport, Food Expenses.
5. Refund Policy
✅ 100% REFUND APPLICABLE if FLY STEP IMMIGRATION OPC PRIVATE LIMITED is unable to provide the committed service at any stage of the process.
Refund will be made within 45 working days after submission of Refund Form with required documents.
No refund in the following cases:
- ›If the client fails to clear interviews offered by FLY STEP IMMIGRATION.
- ›Prior violation of any immigration or visa law by client or family members.
- ›If client backs out or withdraws from the process at any stage after sign-up.
- ›Non-payment or delay in payment of dues within 30-45 working days from sign-up.
6. Service Deliverables
- ›Technical evaluation of your profile for the specific country immigration/visa application.
- ›Documentation guidance, counseling and profile assessment.
- ›5–10 Job Interviews scheduled with employers in the target country.
- ›Professional Resume Writing and Cover Letter Writing.
- ›Regular follow-up via email and telephone throughout the process.
- ›Follow-up assistance with immigration authorities once application is dispatched.
- ›Timely updates on immigration rules and regulation changes.
7. Terms of Termination
- ›A period of 3 months lapses during which the client does not communicate with the consultant.
- ›Client misbehaves with any FLY STEP IMMIGRATION employee (strictly prohibited).
- ›FLY STEP IMMIGRATION employees are prohibited from charging any additional fees — report any such instance to Legal@flystepimmigration.com
